PUBLIC NOTICE Agricola Wind LLC On September 3, 2025, Agricola Wind LLC (鈥淎gricola wind鈥�) submitted an application to the New York State Public Service Commission for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity under Section 68 of the Public Service Law. Agricola Wind is requesting an Order to authorize the entity, Agricola Wind LLC, to own and operate the Agricola Wind Project an approximately 99-megawatt (鈥淢w鈥�) wind energy generation facility to be located in the Towns of Venice and Scipio, Cayuga County, New York (the 鈥淔acility鈥�). Agricola Wind also seeks an order providing for lightened regulation. Agricola Wind obtained a Draft Siting Permit on June 2, 2025, pursuant to Article VIII of the New York State Public Service Law from the New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission (鈥淥RES鈥�), based on an application filed with ORES on November 8, 2024, in a separate proceeding to construct the Agricola Wind Project in the Towns of Venice and Scipio, Cayuga County, New York (the 鈥淧roject鈥� or 鈥淔acility鈥�). Agricola Wind LLC has requested no hearing be required and the petition for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity be determined on the basis of the Petition, attachments thereto and the material provided to ORES in Matter No. 23-03002. Any person seeking to comment on the Petition for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity should notify in writing, within 10 days of the date of the publication of this Notice, the Secretary of the Public Service Commission at Agency Building 3, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12223, of the reasons for the opposition. Any comments should be made by reference to Case Number 25-E-0555.
