Members of the Owasco Fire Department and the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office teamed up to save nine baby ducklings who were trapped in a drainage pipe at the corner of First Avenue and Owasco Road in Owasco on Tuesday.
All the ducklings were released to a grateful mother duck waiting in the woods near the Owasco River.
