• Jessica R. Simmonds, 44, of Auburn, was charged July 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Lewis E. Gouldner, 26, of Auburn, was charged July 18 with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• Kashawn D. Jenkins Sr., 48, of Syracuse, was charged July 18 with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.
• Mitchell J. Nevidomsky, 39, of Brutus, was charged July 18 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Ashley N. Swarey, 36, of Seneca Falls, was charged July 18 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
• Matthew A. Derby, 42, of Auburn, was charged July 18 with aggravated criminal contempt, aggravated family offense and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
• Mario M. Malagon, 45, of Rochester, was charged July 19 in Brutus with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08% first offense.
• Michael J. Covert, 49, of Auburn, was charged July 18 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.Ìý
