Skaneateles volleyball was defeated by Cazenovia on Thursday in five sets at Skaneateles High School.聽
The Lakers won sets one and four by scores of 25-22 and 26-24, respectively. Skaneateles dropped sets two (27-25), three (25-23) and five (16-14).
Madeline Mayer posted 17 points and one block for the Lakers.聽Delaney Fish finished with 39 assists, 18 digs, 3 points and one block, while Piper McAllister聽ended with 12 points and four digs.
Celia Rogers concluded with 9 points and 22 digs. Quinn Reilly totaled 10 points and four digs.
Skaneateles is back on the court Tuesday for a home matchup with Homer.聽
